A general term of delivery is Available in Mastermark's warehouse in Turku. The complaint period is 7 days from delivery. The seller is released from all liability for not fulfilling delivery obligations due to events beyond its control, such as war, military mobilisation, strikes, lockouts, fires, accidents, logistic challenges or other force majeure events, or due to the factory or supplier of the goods not fulfilling their delivery obligations.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for all the products that are already printed and in store is 1- 2 working days in Finland. The delivery time abroad is longer, depending on the delivery method.*

*The estimated standard delivery time for Europe is 5-7 days or by express service (with extra fee) 2-3 days.

TERM OF DELIVERY

The term of the delivery is EXW – Ex Works.

DELIVERY COSTS

The handling cost is 8,95 € (vat 0%) / delivery, the freight charge will be charged / delivery.
